UPDATE: Man arrested, two found dead in Glasgow

GLASGOW, Ky.- Thursday afternoon at 3:28 p.m. the Glasgow Police Department responded to a call of a shooting at 310 North Race Street.

According to an arrest citation, a male called Glasgow 911 Center saying that he had shot his brother and sister-in-law.

According to a press release from GPD, officers entered the residence and located a male and female victim identified as 24 year old David A. Pace and 22 year old Brittany R. Pace deceased.

According to the citation, when an officer arrived, he saw a white male waving his arms at him. He commanded to the male to drop to his knees at gun point.

Sgt. Hicks stated in the arrested citation that he immediately detained the male. The male stated he was sorry for what he had done, according to the citation.

Officers identified the suspect as Cody N. Bacon and located him standing on the sidewalk near the residence with a weapon in his hands. He did comply with officers commands and was taken into custody, according to the release.

Cody Nathaniel Bacon of Glasgow Ky., was arrested and charged with two counts of murder and two counts of wanton endangerment.

Bacon stated that he had shot his brother and sister-in-law because he was tired of them fussing with the children, according to Hicks. Bacon stated that there were two juveniles behind him when he fired the gun. The citation reads that Bacon stated he emptied a 9mm handgun of ammo on his brother and sister-in-law.

Hicks said police located the 9 mm handgun at the scene that Bacon said he used for the shootings.
Criminal investigation arrived on the scene to process the scene.
