Man arrested in Glasgow for failure to comply with sex offender registration

GLASGOW, Ky. – On Sunday, the Glasgow Police Department arrested Torrance C. Porcha, 39, of Hart County, Ky. after a traffic stop.

According to a release by police, an officer made contact with Porcha during the stop on Happy Valley Road and confirmed he was not in compliance with the Kentucky Sex Offender Registration List.

Porcha was arrested and charged with Failure To Comply with sex offender registration, 1st offense.
