Man arrested during Warren County shooting investigation now facing additional charges

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- A man who was arrested for menacing during a shooting investigation earlier this week in Warren County is facing additional charges from a previous incident.

According to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Jack Lynn Fuzzell, 24, was identified as a suspect in an open burglary investigation.

Deputies say the burglary occurred on Monday, August 12 in the 3000 block of Porter Pike.

Fuzzell was originally arrested on August 14 and charged with menacing after someone opened fire with a shotgun outside a home in the 13000 block of Morgantown Road.

Fuzzell had been charged with second-degree burglary and lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail. Investigators have identified another suspect, but have been unable to locate that person at this time.
