Just Piddlin Farm celebrates fall break this week

WOODBURN, Ky.- If you’re looking for that perfect pumpkin, look no further. It’s fall break at Just Piddlin Farm in Woodburn.

The farm is celebrating fall break and no school by extending hours of fun for just $5 per person until Friday.

“We’ve had a great season so far, we’ve had a lot of people come out through September and October, and you can see there’s a good turn out already of people coming out and enjoying the nice weather,” said owner Chip Willingham.

Willingham said there’s no shortage of fall activities to do with a pumpkin patch, a straw tower and a hayride, just to name a few.

He says these memories last a lifetime.

“For families it’s more about the memories they create. And over the years we’ve had multiple people come here year after year. So it becomes a family tradition for a lot of people to come out to Piddlin Farm and just experience the happy memories they’ve made over the years,” said Willingham.

And the kids had some fun on the first day.

“I came with my friends and my family, and I am feeding the cow and playing in the playground,” said visitor Mustafa Alhussein.

“It’s really good. I went down the hay slide, I got hay in my eyes, I don’t know what I’m gonna do. This place is fun,” said visitor Hazma Z.

Willingham said it’s a safe place to come during the pandemic as you can stay socially distanced, and there are extra COVID-19 precautionary measures in place.
