Jennifer Kash named executive director of The Foundry Christian Community Center

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Foundry Christian Community Center has announced Jennifer Kash as its new executive director.

According to The Foundry, Kash has more than 30 years of leadership experience in government contracting, financial management, team development and community engagement.

In addition, The Foundry says Kash is “a longtime advocate for education, immigrants, refugees and community service,” with involvement in multiple local organizations dedicated to serving families and strengthening the Bowling Green community.

Leslie Blair, chairperson of The Foundry Board of Directors, said, “Jennifer’s leadership experience, strategic vision, and genuine commitment to serving others make her an outstanding choice to lead The Foundry. Throughout the search process, it was clear that she shares our passion for creating opportunities for children and families. We are excited to welcome her and look forward to the future of our organization under her leadership.”

Kash said, “The Foundry’s core belief that ‘talent is universal; opportunity is not’ resonates deeply with me. I am honored to work alongside the dedicated staff and Board of Directors to continue removing barriers to community and educational success through high-quality preschool, after-school programs, and community events. I also see tremendous potential to expand The Foundry’s impact and reach even more families.”

As executive director, Kash will lead The Foundry’s mission of serving the west side Bowling Green community through faith-based programs to promote hope, opportunity and lasting relationships.

“I am honored to join The Foundry and look forward to working alongside our staff, volunteers, partners, and neighbors to continue building a stronger, more connected community,” said Kash.

Kash will begin her new role at The Foundry on Aug. 3.
