MANCHESTER, England (AP) — Manchester United has halted Manchester City’s winning streak at 21 matches after winning the derby 2-0. A penalty won after 36 seconds was converted by Bruno Fernandes and Luke Shaw netted five minutes into the second half. But City remains in first place with second-place United only closing the gap to 11 points with 10 games remaining. The complexion of the Premier League has drastically changed since City’s last loss 106 days earlier at Tottenham left Pep Guardiola’s team in 11th place.
