Barrett, Gronkowski agree to deals to stay with Buccaneers

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Linebacker Shaquil Barrett and tight end Rb Gronkowski have agreed to contracts to stay with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who aren’t wasting time doing whatever’s necessary to retain key components of their Super Bowl-winning roster. Barrett agreed to a four-year, $72 million contract, of which $36 million is guaranteed. Gronkowski will return for 2021 on a one-year, $10 million deal. Both signings were facilitated by Brady agreeing to a contract extension that cleared $19 million under the salary cap.
