No. 7 Baylor women rout K-State, 11th straight Big 12 title

WACO, Texas (AP) — No. 7 Baylor has extended the nation’s longest current streak of consecutive regular-season women’s conference titles to 11 with an 85-49 victory over Kansas State. Queen Egbo scored 19 points and NaLyssa Smith added 16 as Baylor clinched at least a share of its 12th overall Big 12 regular-season title. Moon Ursin scored all 15 of her points in the first half. The Lady Bears have beaten the Wildcats 36 consecutive times. Rachel Ranke scored nine points for Kansas State.
