Highland Games return to Park City

PARK CITY Ky. – A committee has been formed to bring the Highland Games back but in a new location.

Last held in Glasgow before the pandemic, the event was never resurrected afterwards. It still maintains a great deal of popular supports and will be brought back to the area in Park City in May 2024.

“It’s really good because there’s a lot of people interested in the games in this area, and you know, it’s been one of those things, unfortunately, the Glasgow Games went out and didn’t recover from COVID, and so they stepped up here to say, “look,” we’d like to bring the games here. And it seems like the community has got behind them,” Colin Grant-Adams, a member of the Highland Games Committee, said.
