Glasgow man accused of raping woman in Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- A Glasgow man is behind bars in Warren County after he’s charged with first-degree rape.

Christopher Carter, 40, is accused of raping a woman on Paddle Wheel St. in Bowling Green on February 18.

According to an arrest citation, the woman told officers she was intoxicated and blacked out. When she woke up, she told officers that Carter was having intercourse with her.

According to the citation, this past Tuesday, Carter admitted to the crime by telling officers that he did engage in intercourse with the victim without her consent.

Carter is lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail and being held on a $25,000 bond.
