Glasgow couple faces drug charges following investigation

GLASGOW, Ky. – A Glasgow couple is facing drug charges following an investigation.

According to a release, Glasgow Police Department officers were requested to assist social services at Adams Place Apartments located at 1312 Adams Street.

During the investigation, officers located suspected methamphetamine inside a bedroom in plain view.

The couple, Angela Cross and Jerry Allen McCoy, both of Glasgow, were arrested.

Cross and McCoy are each charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-offense methamphetamine, and transported to the Barren County Detention Center.

McCoy is no longer listed as an active inmate at the detention center.

The investigation is ongoing.
