Glasgow couple arrested on drug charges after theft complaint at Walmart

GLASGOW, Ky.- A theft complaint at a Walmart in Glasgow turned out to be much more than just that.

According to Glasgow police, officers responded to the store in reference to a theft call.

Officers say they made contact with the person accused of the theft, Brittany Jaggers, 26, who asked police if she could go to her vehicle and give her purse to her boyfriend.

Officers say they went out to the vehicle, and spoke with the boyfriend, Joshua Bradley, 26.

Police say they noticed a glass pipe and suspected methamphetamine in a cup holder in the vehicle.

After a more thorough search, police say they located marijuana, Sudafed pills, lithium batteries, an ice pack, coffee filters and a can of butane. All of these items are commonly used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine.
