GLASGOW, Ky.- Glasgow police have arrested five individuals on drug charges.
According to the Glasgow Police Department, officers traveled to a building on South Franklin Street on Wednesday in reference to a stolen firearms complaint.
Once inside the building, police say they detected a strong odor of marijuana.
Police say they located marijuana, suspected methamphetamine, Spice, a syringe and a glass pipe.
Police arrested, Charles Young, Jennifer Meadors, Stevie Staten, Kevin Hayes and Collin Wheat.
The individuals were all charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, possession of synthetic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The five are lodged in the Barren County Detention Center.
