UPDATE: Woman in critical condition after incident at Phil Moore Park

ALVATON, Ky. – Multiple Warren County Fire Department System units responded Friday afternoon to a reported water incident at Phil Moore Park.

Warren County Fire Department System Chief Bill Rector tells WNKY News 40 that an adult female is in critical condition following the incident.

The investigation is ongoing.
