Two men arrested, one juvenile charged after firearm burglary
FRANKLIN, Ky. – Two men were arrested and one juvenile was charged after the Simpson County Sheriff’s Office gathered information from a burglary.
Yesterday, police responded to a burglary in progress at Poor Boy Guns. Owners of the gun shop gave images of those involved to deputies that led to their arrests after a traffic stop of the suspected vehicle.
Johnathon Edwards, 18, and Terron Hopson, 18, were arrested. A female juvenile was also charged for involvement.
A total of six firearms were seized, and five out of six of those firearms were reported stolen. Three of the firearms were stolen from the burglary earlier that day, one firearm was from Bowling Green, and the other was reported stolen from Nashville.
