Escaped inmate out of Madison County apprehended

Trooper Kearney with the Kentucky State Police says troopers were s contacted just before noon Monday by the Somerset Police Department stating that Calain Myers has been arrested.

MADISON COUNTY, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police says it is looking for an inmate that escaped from the Madison County Detention Center.

According to authorities, 23-year-old Calain Myers escaped just before midnight Thursday.

Troopers say Myers is described as 6 feet tall and 165 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and orange pants.
