Deputies: $17,000 in cash and over 9 lbs of marijuana found inside Hart County residence

HORSE CAVE, Ky.- According to the Hart County Sheriff’s Department, $17,000 in cash and over 9 lbs of marijuana were found inside a residence in Horse Cave.

Now, three people are behind bars.

According to the Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to a drug complaint on Cedar Cliff Church Road.

When they arrived, authorities gained probable cause for the execution of a search warrant.

Nicholas Booher, 24, of Horse Cave, Jared Booher, 26, of Horse Cave and Katrina Soto, 25, of Greensburg, were all arrested.

Each was charged with trafficking in marijuana over 5 lbs and buy or possess drug paraphernalia.

The three were lodged in the Hart County Jail and are each being held on a $25,000 bond.
