Critters up for adoption at the local animal shelter
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Critters and creatures are all over, scaled ones and fuzzy ones, ones with long tails and some with little cotton tails.
The Warren County Humane Society is filled with bunnies right now.
They also have other critters coming in and out every single day such as rats, gerbils, guinea pigs, hamsters, bearded dragons and much more.
The shelter currently has quite a few bunnies that are hoping to find a new loving home.
According to Leah Lawrence, the adoption center manager, these make great first pets for some kids who may not be ready to have a dog or a cat.
If you are interested in adopting one of these sweet critters, head over to the Humane Society and speak to a worker and find out which adorable critter would make a great addition to your family.
