City of Bowling Green selects new Chief Financial Officer
The City of Bowling Green has a new Chief Financial Officer.
City Commissioners approved the appointment of Katie Schaller-Ward at their meeting Tuesday afternoon.
Prior to her promotion, Schaller-Ward served as the city’s Clerk and Assistant City Manager.
Ashley Jackson, who served as the city’s Assistant Clerk, will now take on the role of City Clerk.
Schaller-Ward has worked for the city since 1996. She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, where she received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Finance, with an emphasis in Financial Planning. She also completed postgraduate courses in the Master of Public Administration Program at WKU.
