CBS “Survivor” Season 45 auditions flood BG Ballpark

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. -Here in Bowling Green, hundreds of people across America lined up to audition for  “Survivor” Season 45!

Names filled the signup sheet at the Bowling Green Ballpark one after one with contestants.

317 people auditioned for the chance to earn national television fame and the show’s $1 million-dollar winning jackpot.

News 40 got to talk to some of the contestants about their audition strategies, and we heard all kinds of answers – some even using magic to snag a spot on the show!

Auditioner Wes Price said, “I’ve been a professional magician for some years now, and I thought that maybe I could end up trying to create an illusion to help get me cast onto the show!”

“Survivor” says they want super fans, first timers and everyone in between to apply now. Taping for season 45 starts between early May, 2023 and early July, 2023.
