BRAWA chosen for huge Facebook livestream fundraiser

GLASGOW, Ky. – One nonprofit chose Barren River Animal Welfare Association for a huge online livestream fundraiser.

The Jordan’s Way nonprofit is on a mission to fundraise at 300 shelters across the U.S. making Facebook live videos.

Jordan’s Way has raised over three-million-dollars for shelters nationwide.

The shelter chose BRAWA as one of the three shelters to visit in Kentucky.

Wednesday, June 15th, Jordan’s Way will go live at BRAWA.

They’ll use their big social media platform to highlight all the hard work that the shelter does in the community.

BRAWA General Manager & Rescue Coordinator Connie Greer encourages people to, “Absolutely come out. The energy is going to be just out of this world. We’re going to have so many things going on. It’s going to be a fun evening. You can have dinner here. You can visit with the animals, and you’re supporting a community shelter.”

Plan to turn on your Facebook and watch the four hour livestream next Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Better yet, head out yourself for fun games and food trucks!
