Bowling Green man charged with the rape of a minor

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Bowling Green man is charged with second-degree rape of a minor.

Jess Andrew Mason, 21, is lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail after police say he admitted to engaging in sex acts with a minor on March 14, according to a citation.

The citation also reads that Mason sent photos of his genitalia and received images of the child’s breasts electronically.

Mason was aware of the child’s age when the explicit acts occurred, according to the citation.
