Bicyclist flown for treatment after Todd County crash

ELKTON, Ky. – A bicyclist was struck by a vehicle Saturday afternoon in Todd County.

According to WEKT Radio, Todd County emergency personnel responded to a crash involving a vehicle and a bicycle on U.S. 68 near West Jeff Davis Highway.

Upon arrival, responders located a male bicyclist. The bicyclist was treated at the scene and flown to a Nashville-area hospital.

The bicyclist’s current status has not been released.

WEKT says the Elkton Police Department, Elkton Fire Department, Todd County Rescue, and Todd County EMS responded to the scene.
