FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear says the state has vaccinated more than 731,000 people for COVID-19 as the battle against the coronavirus pandemic continues. Beshear’s office said Wednesday that the positivity rate also continues to drop and is 4.6%. The state had 1,175 new cases and 33 deaths on Wednesday. The total number of deaths has grown to 4,704 since the pandemic began.
