Ryan Hawks selected by Seattle Mariners in MLB Draft

LOUISVILLE – A Bowling Green native heard his name called in the MLB Draft. Warren East Alum Ryan Hawks was selected in the eighth round by the Seattle Mariners. Hawks just finished his fourth season at Louisville, appearing in a total of 47 games throughout his career and tallying 149 strikeouts through 130 innings of work.
