AUBURN, Ky. – A multi-agency investigation has resulted in several arrests after an alleged camper theft in Logan County.

According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, deputies received a report on April 11 regarding a stolen camper from Baer Construction in Auburn.

Authorities say through an extensive investigation and with assistance from the Kentucky State Police, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office and the Bowling Green Police Department, a stolen camper was tracked and recovered, resulting in multiple arrests.

Deputies say this case was “greatly aided by the sheriff’s office Flock safety camera system,” which provided leads during the investigation.

Authorities say Inman was taken into custody in Salem after possessing a stolen motorhome from Bowling Green. At the time of his arrest by Missouri authorities, the sheriff’s office says he was also charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Logan County Sheriff Stephen Stratton stated, “This investigation demonstrates the value of strong partnerships between law enforcement agencies and the importance of utilizing technology in modern policing. Our Flock camera system played a critical role in developing leads, tracking the stolen property, and identifying suspects. I want to thank our investigators and all assisting agencies for their hard work and commitment to bringing this case to a successful resolution.”
