Russellville High School placed on lockdown, man with gun suspected in nearby trailer park

RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. –  The Russellville Police Department investigated an incident on Monday involving a man with a gun at Bluegrass Meadows trailer park which is less than a mile from Russellville High School.

According to RPD,  the school was placed on lockdown out of an abundance of caution. No direct threat towards the school or any particular student has been communicated at this time.

RPD is still looking for the subject involved in the original call.
