Man arrested on strangulation charges
GLASGOW, Ky. – Glasgow Police arrested a man accused of attempting to stab someone with a knife and strangling someone.
According to a police report, Mario Frazier and his sister got into an argument after she returned to her residence and found the door busted in and Frazier and his friend playing video games inside.
The report says the argument escalated so another man, who had been with the sister, tried to restrain Frazier.
Frazier is accused of attacking his sister’s friend once again and a physical fight ensued, according to the report.
The report then reads that Frazier grabbed a knife and threatened to kill his sister’s friend and then strangled him.
Frazier denies strangling his sister’s friend.
Frazier is charged with second-degree strangulation and fourth-degree assault and was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center.
