Man escapes from Warren County Regional Jail
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – At approximately 9:14 p.m. Sunday a man escaped custody at the Warren County Regional Jail, Warren County Jailer Stephen Harmon said.
Kentucky State Police are investigating the incident, Harmon said. The inmate was part of a three-inmate crew taking trash out of the building when he ran. The supervising deputy immediately radioed for help.
The escapee is Benjamin Pedigo. He is 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighs 140 pounds, has brown spiky hair, blue eyes and was last seen wearing a burgundy shirt, black zip-up jacket, black sweat pants and black shoes with white trim. Pedigo may have a bandage on his right hand.
