One man arrested, charged with murder after deputies find both of his grandparents dead

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- During a welfare check at a home at 3720 H.E. Johnson Road, Warren County Sheriff’s deputies found two people dead at 9:21 p.m. Tuesday.

The sheriff’s office obtained a search warrant to process the crime scene.

Deputies discovered that the grandson of the two dead individuals, Joshua Wright, 19, was missing along with a 2013 Chevy truck, according to a release from the sheriff’s office.

Deputies located Wright and the missing vehicle at 2425 Woodburn Allen Springs Road.

Wright was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail  and charged with two counts of murder and one count of robbery.
