Bowling Green man accused of raping and impregnating family member

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- A Bowling Green man is behind bars after being accused of raping a family member and impregnating her.

Orlando Bejarando-Diaz, 34, is charged with six counts of first-degree rape, incest-under 18 years of age and tampering with physical evidence.

According to an arrest citation, the victim told police that Bejarando-Diaz raped her on multiple occasions.

According to the citation, the victim told police that the newborn passed away.

Bejarando-Diaz is lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail. He’s being held on a $50,000 bond.

The investigation is ongoing.
