Glasgow woman accused of stabbing man during argument

GLASGOW, Ky.- A Glasgow woman is charged with second-degree assault, after authorities said she stabbed a man with a knife multiple times.

The crime occurred last Friday evening on Lick Branch Road.

According to an arrest citation, Lindsey Thomas, 33, and the victim were arguing inside a vehicle when Thomas used the weapon to injure the man. The victim sustained wounds to his arm, wrist and hand. He was taken to TJ Samson Community Hospital for treatment.

Thomas is lodged in the Barren County Detention Center, where she is being held on a $5,000 bond.
