Metcalfe County student selected as finalist in state “I Voted” sticker contest

FRANKFORT, Ky. – Secretary of State Michael Adams announced eight finalists in the 2026 “I Voted” Sticker Contest Thursday morning.

One of the finalists is Heer Patel, who is a student at Metcalfe County Middle School.

“By offering designs for our ‘I Voted’ sticker, Kentucky students have done their part to promote voting,” said Adams. “Now, it is up to Kentuckians of all ages to determine the winner.”

Kentucky residents can vote for their favorite design at the Secretary of State’s Office booth at the Kentucky State Fair from August 20 through August 30.

Sec. Adams says the winner’s design will be printed on stickers and sent to county clerks to provide to voters at the November 2026 general election.
