Butler Co. Fiscal Court accepting bids for constructing new community building

BUTLER COUNTY, Ky. – The Butler County Fiscal Court is accepting bids to construct a new community building.
According to the fiscal court, the building will be located in Woodbury, Kentucky within the county.
Officials say specs can be picked up at the Butler County Judge Executive’s Office Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sealed bids are due in the Butler County Judge Executive’s Office by 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2, according to the fiscal court.
Bids will be opened at 1 p.m. on Sept. 2.
A bid winner will be announced Sept. 14 at a regularly scheduled fiscal court meeting at 5 p.m. at the Butler County Courthouse, officials say.
Officials say late bids will not be accepted. The lowest evaluated bid will be given preference, officials say.
The fiscal court states it reserves the right to accept or reject all bids.
