According to the Russellville Rural Fire Department (RRFD), units were dispatched to an accident with entrapment Wednesday morning.

RRFD says two patients were entrapped in the vehicle and are currently in critical condition. Both patients were extracted from the vehicle and flown to an area hospital for treatment.
