Glasgow Independent Schools hosting clothing giveaway on Aug. 6

GLASGOW, Ky. – Glasgow Independent Schools is hosting a clothing giveaway on Thursday, Aug. 6 to benefit local families in need.

According to the school district, the clothing giveaway will take place at Glasgow Middle School at 105 Scottie Drive in Glasgow.

The event is scheduled for 9 a.m. to noon, according to the district.

Organizers say gently used clothing will be available for free. The event is sponsored by the Glasgow Independent Schools Family Resource and Youth Services Center.
