WEST LIBERTY, Ky. – A Kentucky woman has died following a crash involving a flatbed tow truck in Morgan County.

According to the Kentucky State Police, troopers received a call around 3 p.m. Friday requesting assistance with an injury collision on Highway 460 west near West Liberty Vet Clinic.

Authorities say a preliminary investigation shows a flatbed tow truck was traveling on U.S. 460 when the vehicle in front of it slowed down before turning onto Veterinarian Lane.

Preliminary investigation indicates that a 2019 Chevrolet Rollback was traveling on U.S. 460 when the vehicle in front of it slowed down to turn onto Veterinarian Lane.
