Multiple charged following drug bust in Franklin

FRANKLIN, Ky. – Multiple people are facing charges as a result of a drug trafficking investigation in Simpson County.
According to a social media post by the South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force, agents conducted a seven-month investigation into alleged organized crime and trafficking prescriptions in Franklin.
Authorities say as a result, multiple individuals were arrested.
Thirty-nine-year-old Michael Cantrell of Bowling Green is charged with organized crime, making a false statement for a prescription/order/receipt, four counts of second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense) and four counts of drug paraphernalia deliver/manufacture.
Fifty-two-year-old Elvis Harris of Franklin is charged with engaging in organized crime, four counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense four counts of drug paraphernalia deliver/manufacture.
Forty-one-year-old Aubrey Cantrell of Franklin faces charges of engaging in organized crime, three counts of second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, and three counts of drug paraphernalia deliver/manufacture.
Fifty-one-year-old Lisa Harris of Franklin is charged with engaging in organized crime, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense and drug paraphernalia deliver/manufacture.
Thirty-four-year-old Zachary Cantrell of Bowling Green is charged on outstanding warrants, along with engaging in organized crime, second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, and drug paraphernalia deliver/manufacture.
