• The Kinda Spoopy Film Fest is back. There’s a brand new slew of short films from around the globe and beyond the galaxy! Some are kinda scary, some are pretty funny, but they’re all kinda spoopy, and all totally free! The Film Fest is taking place at The Capitol in downtown Bowling Green, beginning tonight at 7 p.m.
