BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Below is a guide to announced events from September through October in multiple counties.

Warren County 

  • Free fall movies at the Capitol throughout September. Details here.
  • Fountain Row Friday Live Music: Every Friday on Fountain Square in downtown Bowling Green through Oct. 3, 4:30 to 7 p.m.
  • Final day of Apple Fest for the season at Jackson’s Orchard: Monday, Sept. 1 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Details here.
  • Pumpkin Festival begins at Jackson’s Orchard: Sept. 27-28 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Details here.
  • Yung Pueblo at the Capitol: Oct. 2 at 6 p.m. Details here.
  • Downtown BGKY Harvest Festival: Oct. 18 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Details here.
  • Guarantee Pest Control Disney Trunk or Treat: Saturday, Oct. 18 from 3 to 6 p.m. at 1515 Glen Lily Road. Details here.
  • Bowling Green Parks and Rec Trunk or Treat: Oct. 23 at Preston Miller Park from 6-8 p.m., benefitting Bowling Green Special Olympics athletes.
  • Bowling Green Police Department Trunk or Treat: Oct. 24 from 6 to 8 p.m. at 911 Kentucky St.
  • Scare on the Square: Saturday, Oct. 25 on Fountain Square. Free trick-or-treating with downtown businesses, DJ inflatables and food trucks will be on site. Follow Downtown BGKY for details.
  • Heroes Festival Trunk or Treat: Sunday, Oct. 26 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Med Center Health at 250 Park St. in Bowling Green. Details here.

Allen County 

  • Allen County Primary Center Fall Festival: Sept. 26 from 5 to 7 p.m. at 721 New Gallatin Road in Scottsville.

Barren County 

  • Fall Festival at Beaver Trail Park: Sept. 26 from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Petting zoo, pony rides, games and food.
  • Boo in the Barnyard by Cave City Farm Swap: Saturday, Oct. 25 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 1292 Old Happy Valley Road in Cave City. Trick-or-treating at vendor tents, farm swap, live music, food vendors, a chili cook-off, a scavenger hunt and a Halloween costume contest for both kids and adults.

Butler County

  • North Butler Elementary Fall Festival: Friday, Sept. 19 from 4:30 to 8 p.m. at 5539 Brownsville Road. Food trucks, haunted house, petting zoo, inflatables and more.

Hart County 

  • Hart County Civil War Days: All day from Sept. 12-14 at 812 Rush Island Bend Road Horse Cave.
  • Munfordville Car Show: Saturday, Sept. 27, benefitting Hart County Search and Rescue. Details here,
