Film production to impact street closure in Glasgow

GLASGOW, Ky. – The City of Glasgow is warning drivers of upcoming street closures due to a film production in the area.

According to city officials, the Southern Kentucky Film Commission will be working on the production, causing scheduled street closures on Friday, June 20.

The movie scene will be filmed between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. in an alley behind City Hall, officials say.

This area will be closed to the public during this time.

Officials say this scene will include simulated gunfire with safety precautions.

The street closure will include South Broadway Street from Main Street to Washington Street from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.

This will cause temporary traffic interruptions in this area.
