Deputies respond to three-vehicle injury collision in Logan County

RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. – The Logan County Sheriff’s Office investigated a three-vehicle collision on Tuesday morning.
Sheriff Stephen Stratton says deputies responded to the collision at the 6000 block of Clarksville Road at 6:39 am.
Stratton says two vehicles struck head-on in the middle of the roadway.
Austin Rosas, 22, of Morgantown, was traveling southbound on Clarksville Road and attempted to pass a southbound tractor-trailer driven by Zachary Shoemake.
Stratton says heavy fog caused low visibility in the passing lane.
Rosas struck a northbound vehicle pulling a trailer driven by Justin Johnson.
Rosas and his passenger, Bryley Baker, were transported for injury treatment.
