Three pets rescued from reported structure fire on Lois Lane

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Multiple units responded Friday morning for a garage fire in Warren County.

According to Bowling Green Fire Department public information officer Katie McKee, the fire occurred on Lois Lane with visible smoke upon arrival.

McKee says the fire was contained to the garage and attic.

All occupants successfully evacuated before arrival, fire officials say. No injuries have been reported at this time.

McKee says three cats were rescued from the fire.

EMS and Bowling Green Municipal Utilities were additionally on scene. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
