Adair man charged with child sexual abuse

COLUMBIA, Ky. – Kentucky State Police Post 15 is investigating an Adair County man for child sexual abuse.

The investigation began on Thursday.

KSP says Nathan Rybicki, 21 of Columbia, allegedly sent sexually explicit messages to a 15-year-old juvenile on social media and made inappropriate sexual contact with the juvenile.

Rybicki is charged with rape 3rd-degree, sodomy 3rd-degree, and procuring or promoting the use of a minor by electronic means.

Rybicki was lodged at the Adair County Detention Center.

The investigation is ongoing.
