State police investigating death in parking lot in Henry County

CAMPBELLSBURG, Ky. – Kentucky State Police Post 5 is investigating the death of a woman laying in a parking lot.

Troopers responded to a 911 call to the Campbellsburg Dollar General on Wednesday morning.

Investigators say they located an unresponsive woman at the scene.

Rebecca Skeen, 56 of Smithfield, was identified and pronounced deceased by the Henry County Coroner’s Office.

KSP says the cause of death has not been determined.

The investigation is ongoing.
