Todd Co. sheriff indicted on harassment and menacing offenses
LOGAN COUNTY, Ky. – The sheriff of Todd County has been indicted on two charges related to an incident in May 2024, court documents say.
According to court documents, Tracy White, the sheriff of the Todd County Sheriff’s Office, “committed the offense of harassment” and the “offense of menacing” on May 3, 2024 in Logan County.
Court documents state on the above date, White subjected an individual “to harassment by striking, shoving or otherwise physical contact with the intent to intimidate, harass, annoy or alarm” that individual.
In addition, court documents state White “intentionally placed the victim…in reasonable physical apprehension of imminent physical injury,” committing the offense of menacing.
Further information on this incident has not been released by officials at this time.
News 40 has contacted the Todd County Sheriff’s Office for comment and has not received a statement at this time.
