CHRISTISN COUNTY, Ky. – A Russellville man has been taken into custody after reported property damage in Christian County.

According to the Christian County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded Wednesday around 5:13 p.m. for a report of trespassing on a property in the 1000 block of Wayne Elgin Road.

The sheriff’s office says the caller reported a vehicle, identified as a 2023 Jeep Gladiator with Florida tags, caused roughly $5,000 in damage to their property.

Deputies say they later stopped the vehicle’s driver, identified as 32-year-old Zachery Morris of Russellville, at Max’s Fuel on Lafayette Road.

Morris had two outstanding traffic-related warrants, authorities say, and was taken into custody.
