Structure fire, downed lines close Hart County intersection

CANMER, Ky. – An intersection in Hart County is blocked due to a reported structure fire and downed power lines, according to transportation officials.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 4 says the impacted area includes the intersection of Boyd’s Knob Road and U.S. 31-E.

Transportation officials say the intersection will be blocked for an undetermined amount of time.

Drivers are advised to seek an alternate route.

Officials ask not to use Boyd’s Knob Road as a detour. News 40 will provide an update as further information is released.
