Logan County Chamber announces two new holiday events

New Russellville Christmas Events

RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. – Two new events will ring in the Christmas season this December in downtown Russellville.

The Logan County Chamber of Commerce announced the inaugural Hot Cocoa Crawl and Christmas Parade on Monday. The events will take place on Friday, December 6. The chamber hope to create new holiday traditions in the community.

The Hot Cocoa Crawl will feature specialty hot chocolates and holiday treats at local downtown businesses from 10 am to 5 pm. Those in attendance will vote to decide which business has the best cocoa and treats. Downtown will be decorated for the event and holiday season.

The Russellville Christmas Parade will begin at 6 pm and feature floats, music, and holiday cheer.

Before the launch of these new events, the Logan County Chamber will host a Christmas Open House in downtown Russellville on Sunday, November 24. Downtown businesses will be open with decorations, refreshments, and treats.
