Traffic signal near local school down following hit and run crash

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A crash is impacting motorists in Warren County.
Warren County Sheriff Brett Hightower says a hit-and-run crash occurred at 2:48 am on Tuesday. The crash is being investigated and the sheriff’s office is attempting to locate video of the incident.
Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 3 says the vehicle crash has left a traffic signal near South Warren High School non-operational. The equipment for the traffic signal is damaged.
Motorists can expect travel delays. The cabinet asks drivers to proceed cautiously and treat the signal like a 4-way stop.
